溫市地價地圖一目了然
一個地產網站近期推出了一個可以一眼查看溫哥華市地價的地圖，
讓有意投資或置產業者方便參考。地圖清楚顯示溫市地價最貴的區域
落在寸土尺金的市中心區，而克茨蘭奴區（Kitslano）也屬於地價高昂地區。
該個由Estateblock製作的地圖，以溫市府的Open Data Catelogue為依據，
提供溫市土地每平方呎的價錢。當中可明顯看出溫市中心寸土寸金，
大部分地價都達到每平方呎500元以上，其於小部分則在300元至500元水準。
而在市中心以外最「尊貴」的區域，則為克茨蘭奴區和西百老匯街沿途，
不少都達到每平方呎500元以上。
從地圖中也可以明顯看出，溫哥華的地價以緬街（Main St）做為分水嶺，
以東的範圍就較少出現200元以上的價格，但京士威道（Kingsway）沿途
地價仍較高，其中在京士威道和界限街（Boundary Rd）也出現500元
或以上水準的紅色標示。
